Production area Chardonnay Riserva is the result of a selection of grapes from the best vineyards cultivated on the slopes of our Trentino mountains at an altitude ranging from 250 to 500 m a.s.l..

Grapes Chardonnay

Vinification The skillful blend of wines obtained from vineyards located at various altitudes and with different exposures results in a wine that is rich but fresh. The grapes, harvested in September, are in part cold-soaked to increase the extraction of aromas and then softly pressed. The must is fermented with the addition of selected yeasts, a part in steel vats and another in mildly toasted French oak barriques. The wines are left to age in wood and in steel.
