This wine comes from the selection of Pinot Grigio vineyards growing at the foot of the hills of Valle dell’Adige, where the soil abounds in lime and Dolomitic rock, a mixture that favours the excellent aromatic development of the grapes and the conservation of the correct level of acidity and freshness.
