Vinification
Vinified with grapes from our own vineyards with stunning views over Garda Lake. Traditional red vinification with a few days maceration of the skins, temperature controlled fermentation at 20-26°C and short refinement in oak barrels.

Ruby red colour and slightly tannic wine which exudes a fruity bouquet and a dry complex flavour.
